Leighton Bruce Johnson Leighton Johnson Incorporated Ace Marine in 2000 in Jacksonville and is the Port Manager/Operator. He
is a graduate of Texas A&M Galveston with a BS in Maritime Administration. He has worked as a port agent since 1993, working
in the ports primarily in and around Jacksonville, but also Southeast Georgia. He was a Boatswain's Mate in the Coast Guard
Reserves from 1984 to 1993 and this has given him valuable insight into the purpose and workings of the Coast Guard.
Gretchen Statler
Johnson Gretchen was integral in the inception of Ace Marine back in 2000. She has a BS in Marine Biology from Texas A &
M University at Galveston. She also spent time in the Coast Guard Reserves as a Boatswain's Mate from 1986-1994. She functions
as the Office Manager as well as a Port Agent at Ace Marine. Leighton and Gretchen live together in Jacksonville and have
four children. |
